Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States (we do not ship internationally).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Return & Refund Policy
Perishable Products
- Since honey and beeswax products are perishable and consumable, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@wildhoneybox.com.
- Provide your order number and photos of the product/packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.
- Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
