  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States (we do not ship internationally).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Return & Refund Policy


Perishable Products

  • Since honey and beeswax products are perishable and consumable, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@wildhoneybox.com.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the product/packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.
  • Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Items not in their original condition.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
