1. What types of products do you sell?

We specialize in 100% natural honey, creamy honey blends, hot honeys, and pure beeswax products.

2. Is your honey pure and natural?

Yes! All our honey is 100% raw and natural, sourced directly from our beekeepers. No artificial sweeteners, preservatives, or additives are used.

3. Do you offer flavored honey?

Yes, we offer flavored and infused honeys such as elderberry honey, hot pepper honey, and other seasonal varieties.

4. How should I store honey?

  • Keep honey in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
  • Do not refrigerate—it may cause crystallization.
  • If honey crystallizes, simply place the jar in warm water and stir gently.

5. Does honey expire?

Honey never truly expires due to its natural properties. For the best taste and freshness, we recommend consuming it within 12–18 months of purchase.

6. Do you ship outside the County?

Currently, we ship across the US (adjust if you offer international shipping). We are working on expanding to international customers soon.

7. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

8. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at honey@wildhoneybox.com with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or arrange a refund.

9. Can I return honey or beeswax products?

Due to the perishable nature of honey and consumable items, we do not accept general returns. However, damaged or incorrect orders are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

11. Do your products cause allergies?

Our honey is natural, but individuals with bee product allergies should consult a doctor before consumption. Please check ingredients carefully before use.
